Jacob Leick

Jacob Leick began their work experience as an Accounts Receivable Analyst / Credit Intern at eInstruction Corp. in 2009 before moving on to Capital One in 2010. At Capital One, they held roles as a Portfolio Manager and a Product Manager, where they launched a successful web-based account servicing tool and identified revenue leakage. In 2017, Leick joined Alkami Technology as a Principal Product Manager before becoming the Director of Product Management in 2023.

Jacob Leick attended the University of North Texas from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance. In 2015, they also received certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
