Xina'sroles have involved strategizing and driving customer engagement, developing customer success programs, and co-founding initiatives such as the Transform Now podcast and Women in Automation. Xina has a strong background in digital banking and has a proven track record of enhancing customer experiences.
Xina Seaton earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Xina also holds a certification in Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained in 2021.
