Ricardo Santos

Ricardo Santos is a skilled Food Technologist currently employed at ALKAR Inc., where responsibilities include directing and supporting R&D projects focused on processing equipment development and evaluating practical applications of research findings. Simultaneously, Ricardo serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Louisiana State University, contributing to courses in Food Chemistry and Sensory Evaluation, while collaborating on various projects with food companies, particularly in bakery products and rice flours.
