Anne-Marie Soubeyran

Anne-Marie Soubeyran is the Chief Operating Officer at Alkemics. Anne-Marie has over 19 years of experience in customer success, sales, and operations. Prior to joining Alkemics, they were with Trace One where they co-founded the customer success department and was responsible for the onboarding and satisfaction of all Trace One customers. Anne-Marie also created and managed the business model, pricing strategy, and sales strategy for the company. During their time at Trace One, they also served as the head of onboarding, sales administration, professional services, and support. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that all Trace One suppliers were operational on the Trace One platform in record time.
