Senior Customer Support Engineer at Alkemics

Aurélie Jouannet has been working in customer support roles since 2019 when they joined Salsify EMEA as a Senior Customer Support Engineer. Prior to this, they were a Customer Support Specialist (Alkemics, now part of Salsify) and before that, a Customer Support Specialist at E Motion Analysis where they were responsible for customer success and collecting customer needs. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Text Mining at BNP Paribas, developing knowledge cartridges and participating in the team's watch work. In 2013, they completed a stage in the development of knowledge cartridges at TEMIS.

Aurélie Jouannet completed a Licence LLCE in Chinese from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) between 2010 and 2013, as well as a Licence in Traitement Numérique Multilingue from the same institution between 2010 and 2013. Aurélie then obtained a Master in Traitement Automatique des Langues from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) between 2013 and 2015.
