Benoit LIXON

Benoit LIXON has worked in various roles since 1995. Benoit'sfirst role was as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Orange from 1995 to 2001. Benoit then worked as a Consultant on Operational Excellence at Satisteme from 2001 to 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they were Logistics, Procurement and IT Director at BELFOR France, where they managed a team of 11 direct reports and was responsible for logistics organization and leading major reorganization projects. From 2012 to 2015, they were International Project Manager at BELFOR Europe, where they conducted a major software transition and had two dotted line reports. From 2015 to 2020, they were Global Supply Chain Project Director at COTY Inc., where they led various key projects, including the global implementation of a Fourth Party Logistics Provider (4PL) solution, the divestiture of two global brands, and the interfacing of SAP, 4PL Transportation Management System (TMS), and 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS). Since 2020, they have been Project Director and Project Director - Professional Services (Alkemics now part of Salsify).

Benoit LIXON earned a Master Quality and Management for Industries and Services from KEDGE Business School in 1995. Benoit attended KEDGE Business School from 1992-1994, earning a Business School degree. Prior to that, they obtained an Advance Technician's Certificate in IT from Lycée Agora, Puteaux in 1992. In 2020, they obtained a Manager en environnement multiculturel certification from LinkedIn.
