Gaëlle Leroux-Francallet

Head of Customer Success EMEA at Alkemics

Gaëlle Leroux-Francallet has over two decades of experience in the customer success and business development industries. Gaëlle began their career in 1995 as a Buyer for Carrefour China. In 1997 they moved to Electrolux as a Business Development Manager for Asia. Gaëlle then joined Cedo in 2003 as a Key Account Manager for France and a Product Manager. In 2006, they became a Customer Success Director for Southern Europe and a Global Account Manager at Trace One. Most recently, they were appointed Head of Customer Success EMEA at Salsify in 2021.

Gaëlle Leroux-Francallet attended ESCE International Business School from 1989 to 1993. Gaëlle then attended Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) from 1993 to 1995 and graduated from there. Gaëlle also attended Seton Hall University from 1992 to 1993 and UC San Diego in 1989, where they obtained an English certification. Additionally, Gaëlle obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in December 2020, one for How to Give and Receive Useful Feedback Every Month and one for The Six Morning Habits of High Performers.
