Luciana Gonzales-Daly Pestana has a diverse work experience in the digital and content strategy field. Luciana started their career as a Web Editor at C&T, where they managed and edited various websites for Microsoft. Luciana also handled newsletter creation and layout during their time there. Luciana then moved on to ONTWICE, where they worked as a Digital Consultant. In this role, they managed web content, conducted technical consultations, and analyzed campaign performance using tools like Webtrends, ComScore, Omniture, and Adobe Analytics. Luciana later became an Analytics and Advertising Specialist in the Web Team at Microsoft Spain. Here, they programmed the AdServer, managed campaigns on the homepage and download center, and analyzed campaign performance. Luciana also founded Lullaby Diaries, a handmade dolls and illustration brand, where they handled all aspects of the business, including brand image, e-commerce management, social media channels, blog posts, and newsletters. Currently, they are working at Alkemy enabling evolution as a Digital & Content Strategist, where they use data and experience to shape client content and reach their target audience. Luciana is responsible for content generation, social media management, and client representation for companies like BBVA, Microsoft, Fnac, and Women'secret.

Luciana Gonzales-Daly Pestana has a diverse education history. In 2022, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Fundamentals: Business & Product Innovation from The Valley Digital Business School. The following year, in 2023, they completed an Online Specialization in Marketing Influencers at EUROAULA Escuela Universitaria.

Moving further back in time, Luciana attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Periodismo (Journalism). Prior to that, they pursued Estudios Generales Letras (General Studies in Literature) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2000 to 2002.

Luciana also obtained the International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma from the University of Cambridge in January 2000. In February 1999, they acquired the Certificat d'Assiduité Français Langue Étrangère from Paris Langues. Additionally, they achieved the International General Certificate of Secondary Education Foreign Language French from the University of Cambridge in January 1997.

In 2002, Luciana attended the Escuela de Fotografía KODAK and completed the Curso profesional de fotografía, specializing in Fotografía (Photography).
