Archana Nambiar

Archana Nambiar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and business transformation across multiple industries. Currently serving as Associate Director at Alkermes, Archana leads IT strategy development as an IT Business Partner, collaborating with senior leadership to establish roadmaps and business cases. Prior to this role, Archana established a PMO function at X-Chem, drove governance transformation at Takeda within a SAFe/agile framework, and managed program delivery for Sanofi's North America region. Archana's career includes progressive roles at Akamai Technologies, Fidelity Investments, Southwest Airlines, PepsiCo, Bombardier Aerospace, and i2 Technologies. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Queens College.
