Colleen Martin

Colleen Martin started at ALKU three years ago. She joined the Accounts Receivable team with no previous collections experience, but her work ethic, natural determination, and great attitude has made her into the go-to person for the AR team today.

Colleen has worked on all of the brands within ALKU in some form or another. She has collected on the Government, Healthcare IT, and ERP divisions, as well as completing credit checks for all of ALKU’s divisions. She has been involved in client conference calls to resolve issues and has developed some serious reconciliation skills. Colleen has improved the percentages of all of her office’s agings and has handled multiple difficult reconciliations.

Colleen has a great work ethic and has become a collection expert in her three years with ALKU. Her diligence and follow-up when it comes to resolving an issue is outstanding. She is also great at teaching the process and mentoring those within the group. Colleen approaches all issues with tenacity and the determination to help get it resolved. She thinks outside the box to figure out how to get through roadblocksand this shows in her success.

As Accounts Receivable Manager, Colleen oversees the AR team and is responsible for hiring and training all new employees. She is responsible for the agings for all of the ALKU divisions, as well as overseeing the credit and collection functions of the group.
