Daniel J. Aguilar

Daniel J. Aguilar serves as General Counsel at All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc. since January 2020, previously holding the same position at Lux Bus America from November 2013 to December 2019. Prior to these roles, Daniel worked as an Associate at Fisher & Phillips LLP and as a Labor & Employment Relations Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP. Daniel's earlier experience includes a Litigation Associate position at Morrison & Foerster LLP and a Judicial Extern role in the chambers of The Honorable Edward M. Chen at the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Additional experience involves serving as a Law Clerk at MALDEF and holding legislative positions in the California State Senate under State Senators Martha M. Escutia and Joseph L. Dunn. Daniel earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
