Steven Aiello is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business development within the transportation and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at All Aboard America! Holdings since May 2024, Steven oversees a diverse portfolio of transportation companies in the U.S. Previously, Steven held the position of Senior Vice President at ABM Industries, focusing on national parking, transportation, and aviation landside operations, and was Chief Operating Officer at Evolution Parking and Guest Services, where leadership in operations and business growth was fundamental. Earlier in the career, Steven served as Chief Business Development Officer at SP+ (SP Plus), managing sales and expansion initiatives across various sectors. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular, Cellular & Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in International Business from Florida International University. Additional coursework in International Business was completed at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
