Randi A Ward

Randi A Ward has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Bank Teller at Equity Bank, where they provided customer service and helped develop procedures for frontline staff. In 2020, they joined Jackson Pool Surfaces as an Administrative Assistant, working closely with the operations manager and CEO to improve workflows and implement new processes. In 2021, they worked as a Graphic Web Designer at RW Desk Associates before transitioning to Impresario Music, where they served as a Project Coordinator and later as a Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at All American Healthcare as a Regional Account Manager, leading interdepartmental teams in staffing, recruiting, marketing, and communication efforts to grow staffing opportunities.
