James Guajardo

James Guajardo has a diverse work experience in various education-related roles. James started working at AllCampus as the Senior Director of Education Services in 2023. Before that, they worked at Flatiron School as the Director of Admissions, National from 2019 to 2023. At Colorado State University-Global Campus, they held multiple positions, including Associate Director of Enrollment, Senior Enrollment Manager, Enrollment Manager, and Enrollment Team Leader from 2011 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Apollo Education Group in roles such as Enrollment Manager, Senior Enrollment Counselor, Regional Call Center Manager, and Associate Enrollment Counselor from 2003 to 2011. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated expertise in sales and admissions, team management, strategic planning, and achieving growth targets.

James Guajardo earned a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Strategic Innovation from Colorado State University Global in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Developing Executive Leadership and Successfully Managing People from the American Management Association in 2018 and 2014 respectively.
