Molly McGrath

Molly McGrath is currently the Director of Operations at All Day Kitchens. Molly has previous experience as a Chef and Culinary Director, as well as in marketing and project management. Molly McGrath founded Light Work Kitchens in October 2020 and served as its Chef/GM until March 2022.

Molly McGrath has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University, and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America.

Molly McGrath reports to Ken Chong, Co-Founder & CEO. Some of their coworkers include Matt Shanks - Head of Field Operations, Lauren Shortliffe - Head of Marketing, and Sam Wang - Director, RGM.
