Rebecca Weik

Rebecca Weik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the food and retail sectors. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at All Day Kitchens since May 2021, Rebecca previously held multiple roles at Peet's Coffee from October 2014 to May 2021, including Manager Partner for New Store Opening, Training Manager, and Retail Store Manager, achieving significant sales increases and developing effective training programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Supervisor at Camp Chrysalis, where Rebecca organized camp operations and developed educational curricula, and as Project Manager at Mojo Coffee, successfully launching a profitable kiosk. Rebecca holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Directing and Production, one from Wheaton College Massachusetts and the other from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
