Vanessa Bustos is currently the Head of Customer Success at All Day Kitchens. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Coffee Meets Bagel from January 2017 to December 2019. While at Coffee Meets Bagel, Vanessa led and developed the global hire for CS teams and launched 24/7 support. Vanessa also built the Customer Success strategy for future customers and created scalable policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience. Vanessa made sure customers realized the full potential of the products and services to meet their objectives. Some of their key achievements include designing a dating consultation program that promoted an increase in revenue of $2M ARR, growing a portfolio of 200+ accounts while developing strong relationships with customers, managing teams OKR, maintaining a 97% NPS and First Reply Time of 8 hours, creating a CSM playbook to onboard new hires within 30 days, and leading the self-serve ADA bot chat project which saw a decrease of customer tickets by 20%.

Before working at Coffee Meets Bagel, Vanessa was the Trust Safety Lead at SKOUT from February 2012 to December 2016. Before that, they were the Customer Success Manager at LiveCareer from September 2010 to December 2012.

Vanessa Bustos received their BBA from Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco and their MBA from San Francisco State University.

Vanessa Bustos reports to Ken Chong, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Lauren Shortliffe - Head of Marketing, Jeff Lin - Head of Engineering, and Molly McGrath - Director of Operations.
