Arran Mason-Blake has worked in various positions since 1997, beginning as a Chef. In 2009, they became an Area Excutive and Territory Manager for Nestlè Professional. In 2012, they became Director of The A&A Company Pty/ltd. In 2014, they were appointed State Account Manager (Mauri) for George Weston Foods. In 2020, they began working as National Business Manager for DON KRC. In 2022, they became an Advisory Board Member for Bunsters and National Business Manager for All G Foods.

Arran Mason-Blake completed a Certificate 3 in cookery (chef) from William Angliss Institute in 1998-2001. Arran then completed a VCE from Monterey Secondary Collage between 1992-1997. Finally, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Victorian Institute of Technology in 2012.
