Miriam Rayman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cultural strategy, coaching, and content development. Currently serving as the Head of Cultural Strategy and Coach at Now Then since March 2023, Rayman provides cultural insights to help brands connect with their audiences. In addition, Rayman has been an Executive Coach for All Out since July 2020, offering pro bono support for leadership and performance coaching. Other notable roles include Senior Vice President of Global Cultural Strategy at Weber Shandwick, Senior Creative Strategist at The Economist, and Co-Founder of Family Affair, where Rayman specialized in understanding modern family dynamics.
