Charmaine Dantzler

Charmaine Dantzler currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at AllSaints, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this role, Dantzler was the Vice President of Human Resources at Discovery and the Director of Human Resources at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. Dantzler has extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership positions at Hugo Boss Fashion, Inc., Pacific Sunwear, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Juicy Couture, Liz Claiborne, and The Walt Disney Company. Dantzler began a career in retail management at Gap Inc. Dantzler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting from Arizona State University.
