Mark Ford has extensive experience in CRM and direct marketing roles. Mark currently serves as the Head of CRM at AllSaints, where they are responsible for developing CRM growth strategies and operational roadmaps across multiple regions. Mark also worked as a Direct Marketing Manager at Charles Tyrwhitt, focusing on acquisition and driving profit from external and existing customer databases.
Mark's career in CRM and direct marketing began at Direct Line Group, where they served as a Direct Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for database growth strategies, increasing customer lifetime value, and creating a enhanced customer experience.
Mark's first role in the field was as a Campaign Executive at GE Capital, where they focused on driving repeat sales and enhancing the relevance of products to the target audience.
Mark Ford studied at The University of Huddersfield from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing. Mark then attended The London Institute from 1992 to 1994, obtaining a Business Finance Diploma with a focus on Marketing. In 2008, Mark completed a Diploma of Direct Marketing at The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) during a period spanning from 2008 to 2009.
