Neela Patel, FCIPD, has a diverse work experience in HR and People & Culture management. Neela has held various roles such as Director of HR, Senior HR Consultant, and HR Director (Interim) in companies like ALL.SPACE, Carbon Re, Zoom, and BenevolentAI. Neela has experience in managing global teams, leading PX vision, and handling complex high-growth challenges through people-based solutions. Their expertise includes HR strategy, culture & change management, workforce planning, performance management, and DEIB.

Neela Patel, FCIPD completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies at London South Bank University. Neela then went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of West London. Lastly, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development & Change from Middlesex University.
