Rachel Michell

Senior Director at All Star Healthcare Solutions

Rachel joined All Star in August 2015 with previous leadership experience in operations administration, health information management, and project management. She was the inaugural member of the Sales Administrative Support (SAS) team and played an integral role in expanding and developing the department, which now works behind the scenes as a liaison between sales and various support teams – including Medical Staff Services, Travel, and Accounting – to ensure a seamless experience for providers and clients.

As Senior Director, Operations Support, Rachel organizes and maintains oversight of All Star’s daily operations and the Travel and Engagement teams, adeptly establishing solutions that achieve successful outcomes. Around the office, she goes by “The Wiz,” thanks to her wide-reaching institutional expertise and keen ability to create an effective process for any operation.

Rachel holds both a B.S. in Health and Public Affairs/Health Sciences and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Central Florida.
