Jim Horton

Jim Horton has extensive experience in leadership positions within the All Stars Project, Inc. Jim has served as Director, Regional and Strategic Operations, Chief People Leader, Head of Human Resources, Director, and Assistant Managing Director. Prior to their roles at All Stars Project, Inc., Jim was a Managing Director at the Scott Flamm Center for Afterschool Development at The Research Foundation of SUNY. Jim holds a Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and a BSHE in Child and Family Development from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
