Marcel Vaughn - Handy

Marcel Vaughn Handy is the Senior Director of Development, Special Projects at All Stars Project, Inc. Marcel previously served as the Chief Development Officer and Acting Executive Director at Brooklyn Tech Alumni Foundation. Marcel has also held various development roles at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, NYU Silver School of Social Work, and Rutgers University. Marcel has a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University.
