Rebecca Gilles has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Rebecca currently holds the role of VP of Human Resources at All Surfaces, where they are responsible for organizational design, talent planning, change management, and fostering an inclusive culture. Prior to this, they worked at H.B. Fuller as the Global Human Resource Director, Talent Acquisition & DE&I, supporting senior executives and managing employees across multiple countries. Rebecca also held positions as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Manager, Talent Management at H.B. Fuller. Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked as a Recruitment Operations Manager at UnitedHealth Group and a Clinical Recruiter at Park Nicollet Health Services. Rebecca started their career as a Human Resource Manager at Albinson Reprographics and a Staffing Manager at Romac International (Kforce).

Rebecca Gilles earned an MBA in Human Resources & Business from Metro State University between the years 1999 and 2005.
