Kehinde Oluwafemi ACIPM, CIPD

Kehinde Oluwafemi has had a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Acting Assistant, Editorial for Timbuktu Media Ltd in 2009. Kehinde also worked briefly as a Marketing Executive/Financial planner for Cornerstone Insurance Plc before moving on to NAHCOaviance, where they worked as a Corporate Services Officer for over ten years. During their time there, they ensured the company's corporate social responsibility was adhered to and supervised events planning and entertainment, among other things. In 2020, they became Head of Human Resources and Administration at Banodex Group/Fibrehub Nigeria Limited, where they were responsible for a variety of tasks, including developing corporate plans, managing organization recruitment exercises, and procuring/administering office furnishing and supplies. In 2022, Kehinde became a People Services Consultant at Blue Advisory (Nigeria) before landing their current job as Head of Human Resources at All Talentz.

Kehinde Oluwafemi ACIPM, CIPD obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Covenant University in 2007. In 2014, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Relations from the School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University. Kehinde has also earned two Master of Business Administration degrees with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University Canada West, although the exact dates are not provided. Additionally, Oluwafemi has obtained several certifications, including a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development from CIPD in December 2021, and a Chartered Institute of Personnel Management from the Association of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) in November 2014.
