Brittany Smith

Brittany Smith has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving in a human resources role at Delaware North since August 2016 and as Director of Operations at All Team Staffing, Inc. since August 2012. In the latter position, Brittany oversees branch operations and manages a recruiting and training program for over 400 employees, successfully filling 40 to 50 client orders weekly. Responsibilities include payroll processing, financial operations, and implementing employee screening and retention programs. Brittany maintains positive client relationships, handles all pre-screening processes, actively pursues sales opportunities, and coordinates recruitment efforts, along with managing accounts receivable.
