Jeferson Felisberto

Jeferson Felisberto has a wealth of experience in finance and administration roles. Jeferson most recently served as the CFO for Latam at All4Labels, where they were responsible for overseeing various operational and financial functions. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Finance for Latam at the same company. Jeferson also worked as the Corporate Finance & Administration Manager at John Cockerill, where they led the finance and controlling teams and managed the organization's finance, accounting, and administrative processes. Jeferson has experience as a Cost Controller at Brunswick Boat Group, where they analyzed process constraints and provided costing information to management. Earlier in their career, Jeferson held multiple positions at Tupy, including Senior Project Controller, Financial Controller Assistant, and Plant Controller Assistant, where they oversaw various financial and accounting functions for the company.

Jeferson Felisberto completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade da Região de Joinville, from the years 1994 to 1999. Jeferson then pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same university, from 2015 to 2018. Jeferson is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Law at Anhanguera Educacional, starting in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2024. In 2000 to 2001, Jeferson attended Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Controller and Finance. Additionally, they completed a program in Project Management at Fundação Fritz Muller in 2013. Lastly, Jeferson earned a Certification in Finance, General from Universidade Positivo from 2019 to 2020. Jeferson obtained certifications from Conselho Federal de Administração (CRA) and Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC) in December 2017.
