Kristina Gregory has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kristina started their career at Stage Stores as a Sales Associate from June 2017 to January 2018. Kristina then moved on to The Borgen Project, where they worked as a Human Resources Intern for a few months in 2018. In 2019, they joined QIAGEN as a Human Resources Intern, specifically in Talent Acquisition, where they managed various HR tasks, including scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and maintaining employee files. Kristina worked at QIAGEN until March 2020. Currently, Kristina is employed at Allakos Inc, initially starting as a Talent Acquisition Representative from April 2020 to December 2021. In their current role as a Human Resources Coordinator since December 2021, Kristina is responsible for scheduling interviews and managing candidate progress through the pipeline.

Kristina Gregory pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a focus on Leadership Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they attended Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources.
