Lynne Georgopoulos

Lynne Georgopoulos, RN, MSHS, RAC has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, clinical development, and pediatric strategic development. Lynne currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Compliance at Allakos Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Regulatory Strategy at Certara from 2020 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Pediatric Strategic Development at Synteract, where they also held the position of Vice President of Pediatric Development, Americas from 2018 to 2019.

Lynne's previous experience includes being the Senior Vice President of Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs at KinderPharm LLC from 2016 to 2019 (acquired by Synteract), and the Senior Vice President of Clinical Development at PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals from 2010 to 2016. At PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals, they were responsible for providing professional leadership to the organization, ensuring compliance with FDA and ICH regulations, and developing and implementing regulatory and clinical policies and procedures.

Prior to their role at PhaseBio Pharmaceuticals, Lynne was the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs at Tetralogic Pharmaceuticals from 2009 to 2010, and the Vice President of Clinical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing at Nupathe from 2008 to 2009. Lynne also served as the Vice President of Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance at Biorexis Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2005 to 2007.

Lynne's earlier career includes roles as the Director of Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs at ViroPharma Incorporated from 1997 to 2004.

Lynne Georgopoulos, RN, MSHS, RAC obtained their Master of Science in Health Sciences (MSHS) degree in Regulatory Affairs from The George Washington University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College from 1981 to 1985 and earned their RN,BS degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
