Angela Ward

Angela Ward has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Angela held the position of Senior Client Solutions Manager at Allari since April 2022. In this role, Angela is responsible for setting up and managing Exchange Whitelist rules, Active Directory Groups, and Security Groups. Angela also provides assistance to clients in resolving issues related to Blacklist, SSL Certificate, and 365 MS Exchange. Angela has successfully led vulnerability projects and Tools Release and Upgrade projects for multiple clients.

Prior to Allari, Angela worked at SRIC Corporation from July 2001 to February 2020 as the Vice President/Owner. In this role, they oversaw several corporations with multiple locations and managed an extensive IT infrastructure, including 45 Windows servers, 700 Windows workstations, and 10 separate locations. Angela administered various networking environments using Active Directory, Exchange, and security/access applications.

Angela Ward completed their education in a chronological order. Angela attended the University of North Texas from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Computer Science. Angela later pursued an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Angelina College, graduating in 2021. In 2022, they enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin to obtain a Cybersecurity Certificate, specializing in Cybersecurity. In terms of additional certifications, Angela obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in July 2021. Angela also acquired various cybersecurity certifications, including those from IBM and Fortinet. In May 2023, Angela completed two cybersecurity courses offered by IBM: "IBM Cybersecurity Roles, Processes & Operating System Security" and "IBM Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks." Additionally, they obtained the "Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate" and the "Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate" certifications from Fortinet in April 2022. Lastly, in December 2019, Angela received certifications in "AssetView and Threat Protection," "Reporting Strategies and Best Practices," "Scanning Strategies and Best Practices," and "Vulnerability Management" from Qualys.
