Ying Deng

Ying Deng is an experienced attorney with a strong background in various areas of law, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital/private equity investment. Currently serving as an Attorney at Law at AllBright Law Offices since April 2018, Ying Deng previously held the position of Associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm and EY Law Firm, where responsibilities included legal due diligence, transaction document preparation, and providing ongoing legal services to A-share listing companies. Ying Deng obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Zhejiang University. Additionally, Ying Deng has experience as a translator for legal lectures at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
