Linda Wood has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Linda started their career at Alcan Cable as a Draw & Strand Operator before joining Umpqua Administrative Services Corp., where they worked as a Business Insurance Claims Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist in the areas of Risk Management and Benefits. Linda then moved on to AllCare Health, where they held several HR-related positions, including Benefits Specialist, HR Manager, HR Director, Corporate Director of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Linda has demonstrated expertise in risk management, safety inspections, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Linda has also shown strong leadership skills, overseeing safety teams and presenting safety information to staff.
Linda Wood completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Oregon University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Umpqua Community College from 2008 to 2012. Linda has also acquired additional certifications including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM Certification in October 2022 and the OSHA 30-hr General Industry Safety and Health Compliance Certification from OSHA in November 2016.
