Tanya Acebedo

Tanya Acebedo has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Tanya started their career in 1997 at AT&T, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant, handling various HR responsibilities such as employee data reporting, compliance, and contract management. Tanya later transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, where they provided support to high-level executives and managed executive communications. After this, Tanya worked as a Sr. Analyst HR Technology, managing technology support and project coordination for HR departments. Tanya then took on the role of Human Resource Universal Leave Examiner, advising employees on leave policies, analyzing leave cases, and providing recommendations to management. Currently, Tanya is working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at Allcat Claims Service.

Tanya Acebedo holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Child Care Development from San Antonio College. In addition to their formal education, Tanya has obtained several certifications. These include "Understanding Business" and "Writing in Plain Language" from LinkedIn, which were obtained in November 2022. Tanya also holds certifications in "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence," "Listen to Lead," and "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" from LinkedIn, all obtained in October 2022. Furthermore, Tanya has obtained certifications in Environmental, Health and Safety (BEAC) from AT&T in an unspecified month of 2022. Lastly, they hold a Diversity & Cultural Ally Certification from AT&T, obtained in the year 2020.
