Yael Haelion-Crispin

Yael Haelion-Crispin is an experienced Customer Success Manager at AllCloud since January 2022, previously holding the role of Account Operations Manager. From August 2019 to August 2021, Yael worked at Celeno as a Customer Support, Sales Admin, and Projects Management specialist, where responsibilities included managing international SMB and Enterprise accounts and establishing the Return Merchandise Authorization process, which significantly reduced production defects.
