Lisa Naylor

Lisa Naylor has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Lisa started their career at the City of Pittsburgh as the Assistant Director of Employee Compensation from 1997 to 2000. Lisa then joined the Allegheny County Airport Authority and held various roles including Human Resources Benefits Manager from 2001 to 2004, Director of Human Resources from 2005 to 2015, Senior Vice President of Human Resources from 2015 to 2019, and currently serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer, leading the organization's long-term strategies and driving transformational change.

Lisa Naylor earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University from 1995 to 1997. Lisa then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the same university from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Lisa has pursued various certifications in the field of Human Resources, including the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from Int'l Human Resources Certification Programs (Ihrcp), and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
