Mandy Benoit has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mandy started their career as an Office Nurse at Dr. Sabbaghian-General Surgeon in 1997 before transitioning to a Surgical Nurse role at JAHL in 1999. Mandy worked in surgical procedures and assisted M.D. until 2007. In 2007, Mandy joined Heart of Hospice where they held various roles including On-call Nurse, Case Manager, Patient Care Manager, Director of Patient Care, Assistant Administrative/Director of Patient Care, Assistant Administrator, and Regional Director of Clinical Services. Mandy worked at Heart of Hospice until 2022. Following this, they worked as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations for LHC Hospice South Division at LHC Group from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they served as the Director of Nursing at The Gardens & Guardian House from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Mandy is employed as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Allegiance Healthcare - Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care.
Mandy Benoit obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from McNeese State University, with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Prior to that, they also completed a degree in Nursing (L.P.N.) from Jeff Davis Technical College.
