Debbie Merlino is the EVP, Client Relationships, Agency at Allegiance Software. Debbie has over 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising, including P&L responsibility. Debbie has successfully managed local advertising programs for a wide variety of independent retailers in diverse markets. Debbie has also been responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of newspaper insert, direct mail, ROP, radio & television broadcast advertising, as well as in-store collateral and POP.
In 2007, Debbie conceptualized and launched the One Touch Marketing initiative, which increased retailer participation in the direct mail program by 107%, and in the newspaper insert program by 21%. Additionally, they have provided consultations to over 100 retailers in the areas of advertising and merchandising. Debbie has also promoted advertising programs and educated retailers via small- and large-scale live presentations, trade shows, printed materials, and conference calls.
