Carl Cline

Carl Cline has a diverse background in engineering and project management, currently serving in EPC Projects at Allegiant Industrial since January 2023. Previously, Carl held the position of US Operations Manager at Vard Electro Canada Inc. from November 2020 to January 2023. From September 2015 to October 2020, Carl was the Engineering Manager and Principal Marine Engineer at Alion Science and Technology. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1998-2002) and a Master of Science obtained from both Columbia University and Newcastle University (2008-2009).
