Katy Rizo

Katy Rizo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in culture, learning, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Culture, Learning & Diversity at Allegiant since November 2012, Katy manages a team focused on internal communication, intranet resources, programs and events, as well as rewards and recognition, all aimed at enhancing employee engagement. Previously, Katy worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Three Square Food Bank, where strong relationships were built with volunteers and donors, and coordinated various programs. Earlier roles include event coordination at Hard Rock Hotel and a conference internship at Vanguard Industries. Katy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Meeting and Events Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
