Jared Johnson Ms

Jared Johnson MS, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Allegion since April 2016. Jared oversees a team of six HR professionals supporting over 1,200 employees across multiple locations in the US and Canada, facilitating significant acquisition integrations and spearheading HR initiatives for digital and IoT solutions. Previous roles include leading HR for manufacturing operations and supporting corporate leadership at Allegion, as well as directing human resources and recruiting at MS Companies. Additionally, Jared has held positions with the US Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Veterans Affairs, and served as a career counselor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Manchester University.
