Matthew Callis

Matthew Callis, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at HR Pals & Recruiting Pals since October 2021, overseeing HRIS operations, client administration, and collaboration with various teams to meet client needs. Previously, Matthew held the position of Senior HR Manager, managing HR consultants for diverse clients across the U.S., and HR Manager, advising on HR functions for multiple client accounts. Before that, Matthew worked at TaskUs as Senior HR Manager, leading HR transformation efforts and the implementation of the Workday HCM system. Experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Sea Island Shrimp House and Tiago's Cabo Grille, managing HR functions for over 550 employees, and various HR roles at Convergent Outsourcing, Family Service Association of San Antonio, and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Tech.
