Lee McMains

Lee McMains is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education, engineering, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Change Agent with Allegion since May 2022, Lee supports Lean transformation and daily management initiatives within the Global Enterprise Excellence Team. Prior roles include Affiliate Director at the Colorado Space Grant Consortium, where Lee facilitated grant activities and student recruitment from August 2014 to December 2021, and Process Technology State Discipline Chair for the Colorado Community College System from September 2012 to December 2021. Additionally, Lee was a professor and department chair at Aims Community College, focusing on curriculum development and instructional quality. Early in the career, Lee worked as an Applications Engineer II at Newport Corporation and served in the United States Army as a Squad/Team Leader in the Air Defense Artillery. Lee holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BS in Physics from the University of Northern Colorado.
