Angela Johnson

Angela Johnson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational development and product management within the staffing and human resources sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Transformation & Product Management at Allegis Group since October 2017, Angela leads efforts to enhance digital experiences that align with sales and recruiting strategies. Previously, in the role of Executive Director of Organizational Development at Allegis Global Solutions, Angela focused on aligning people initiatives with business strategy. Additional leadership roles include Director of Organizational Development at Major, Lindsey & Africa and Director of Staffing Operations at TEKsystems, where Angela drove operational effectiveness and facilitated organizational change. Angela began a career in sales and training with significant contributions at Mentor 4, TEKsystems, and Maxim Group, demonstrating a strong ability to develop talent, manage key accounts, and create impactful training programs. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Spanish from Greensboro College.
