Nancy Haines

Nancy Haines is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in diverse roles within major organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Allegis Group, Nancy has also held the position of Director of Employee Experience. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager focused on Strategic Change Management and Talent & OD, as well as Project Lead for HR Technology at T. Rowe Price. Nancy started the career as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at T. Rowe Price. Academically, Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in French from Franklin & Marshall College.
