John K. Anderson

Based in our San Francisco office, John K. Anderson, Managing Director, specializes in helping organizations elevate their Human Resources/People Operations function to drive company performance and culture.

John has more than 25 years of human resources experience, both as a senior HR leader and as an executive search consultant. John enjoys providing talent advisory services and working with the C-suite on their executive search needs. Prior to Allegis Partners, John was Senior Vice President for hrQ, a human resources professional services firm focused on HR search and consulting. Before that, John focused his professional career in the technology sector, holding executive leadership roles as Chief People Officer at One Kings Lane and Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Quidsi Inc. He has also held leadership roles with Oracle, Memco Software, GetThere Inc., Siebel Systems, Trigo Technologies, and Fox Interactive Media.

John has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He lives in Marin County with his wife, two kids, and their dog, Louie. John enjoys hiking and is an avid Chicago sports fan.
