Shirlyn May Laplante

Shirlyn May Laplante is an experienced line cook with a strong background in the culinary industry, currently working at Allegria Hotel since October 2017. Prior to this role, Laplante was a line cook at Hyatt Regency Atlanta from March 2016 to March 2017, and held the position of Garde Manger Cook II at Limketkai Luxe Hotel from February 2014 to October 2015. Laplante began the culinary career as a pastry cook at Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort & Spa from October 2012 to January 2014. Education includes a Diploma in Culinary Arts with Holistic Nutrition from the Culinary Institute of Cagayan de Oro, completed from 2011 to 2013.
