Stephen Holland

Stephen Holland, UL-CFSP, is an experienced professional in functional safety, currently serving as Functional Safety Manager and previously as Senior Functional Safety Engineer at Allegro MicroSystems since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as System Safety Engineer at Veoneer and Functional Safety Engineer at Allegro MicroSystems, where expertise in ISO-26262 standards for automotive ASIC sensors was cultivated. Earlier career highlights involve systems engineering and product safety roles at DEKA Research & Development, including extensive work on medical device compliance. An internship at Philips focused on software development and testing, and co-op experience at Johnson & Johnson led to significant cost savings through process improvements. Stephen holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering.
