Jakub Kłoczewiak is an experienced executive in the fields of operations, customer care, and customer experience. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Allegro since July 2017, Jakub oversees fulfillment operations, logistics, Trust & Safety, and Customer Experience, ensuring timely product delivery and positive customer interactions. Previously, Jakub held several leadership roles, including VP of Customer Care and Customer Experience at Liberty Global's UPC Polska, where responsibility encompassed the entire CEE Region, and significant positions at Orange Polska and Contact Center sp. z o.o., focusing on operational efficiency and customer service strategies. Jakub possesses advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an EMBA from Gies College of Business and a Master of Arts in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
